Abbie Eads, Assistant Lecturer
Abbie Eads is a conductor and cellist celebrated for her clarity, collaborative spirit, and dynamic artistry. Equally at ease with orchestras, choirs, instrumentalists, singers, and musical theater, she inspires audiences with performances that balance tradition and innovation. Her career reflects a versatility that bridges classical, contemporary, and cross-genre projects, including a recent recording with Sony Music Publishing artists Raynes, produced by Grammy-winning engineer Chris Sclafani, known for his work with artists like Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, The Weeknd, and Ariana Grande.
She has held leadership positions as Conductor-in-Residence with the NW Edvard Grieg Society, Director of Orchestras at Pierce College, and Director of Music at Our Lady of the Lake Parish in Seattle. She holds a Master’s in Orchestral Conducting from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Minot State University.
