Brian Brown, Assistant Professor of Practice

Brian Brown completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology-Counseling at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, May 2002. He received his Master's of Social Work, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, May 1987 and his Bachelor of Science, Social Work, May 1986. Dr. Brown previously worked as the Executive Director of Brehm Preparatory School with over 30 years of experience working with students with learning disabilities and other learning challenges. Currently, he is a school social worker for the Carterville School District #5 providing individual and group counseling for students K-12 grade.
