Jim Sissom’s research interest includes Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE), Modeling (Data, Process, Quality), IT Education and Assessment, IT Project Management, Data Analytics, Interaction Design, and Applied Sustainability. Early in his career, Jim was an IT consultant with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers working as an analyst on a successful online transaction processing and data warehousing system, OMBIL. In addition, Jim worked with the US Maritime Administration and Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center on a foreign trade data warehouse analysis and design. In addition, Jim enjoys assisting students find IT student work jobs and internships along with assisting with resume critiques.
