Daniel Bronke , Assistant Professor of Practice
Criminology and Criminal Justice
Mr. Bronke began teaching at SIU in January 2023. He received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2006 and after years of being a prosecutor and even an elected State's Attorney, he now works as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Illinois. Mr. Bronke teaches criminal justice courses. He has worked both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney in private practice. His teaching philosophy is one of using real world examples and encouraging students to be active members of the legal community to gain experience.
