Paige O'Neill, Assistant Professor

Dr. Paige O’Neill, BCBA, is an assistant professor in Behavior Analysis and Therapy. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute under the advisement of Dr. Catalina Rey. Dr. O’Neill has worked primarily in early intervention settings, and her clinical expertise includes teaching foundational adaptive skills to early learners on the autism spectrum.

Dr. O’Neill conducts both applied and translational research in behavior analysis. Her current applied research interests include evaluating various teaching procedures to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of interventions targeting foundational skills such as imitation and receptive language. Her ongoing translational research examines the impact of treatment integrity errors on the outcomes of differential reinforcement procedures in human operant arrangements. She also has a background in applied research on parent training, treatment integrity, and cultural responsiveness.

Dr. O'Neill currently teaches BAT 535 Behavioral Observation Methods, BAT 526 Applications in Behavior Analysis, and BAT 595 Internship in Behavior Analysis and Therapy.

Dr. O'Neill is currently accepting MS and PhD students.
