Stephen Bloom | SIU

Political Science

Professor Bloom (Ph.D., UCLA, 2004) joined the SIU faculty in Fall 2006.

Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. He is editor, with Mitchell A. Orenstein and Nicole Lindstrom, of Transnational Actors in Central and East European Transitions. (Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh University Press, 2008). His work is also featured in Comparative Political Studies, Political Research Quarterly, and Europe-Asia Studies.
