Community Dental Center

The SIU Community Dental Center is a non-profit dental office that accepts self pay at discounted rates. Patients of all ages are welcome. We accept cash and/or credit card payments only on day of service.

Services provided for children include dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, dental exams, sealants, fluoride treatments, and restorative care, such as fillings. Services provided for adults include dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, and restorative care, such as fillings. In some cases, we can provide root canals, dentures, partials, and crowns.

The patients at SIU Community Dental receive care from fourth-year SIU dental hygiene students, dentists and supervising dental hygienist.

If you are a new patient, you may print and complete the New Patient Information Forms,  to bring to your appointment.

The patients at SIU Community Dental receive care from a licensed dentist and dental hygienist, as well as preventive services from fourth-year SIU dental hygiene students.

Please call 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment.

In order to better serve our community, we have a strict no-show policy

Hours:


  • Monday-Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Treatment hours vary by semester.
